Padding length: Bits or Bytes

Hello,

in task 4c) of homework 4, we are asked to give the range of allowed padding lengths for CBC (in TLS according to RFC 5246). Do you want the range in bits or in bytes?

Hello,

the RFC itself mentions the length in bytes. You should do the same.
